i got people trying to fix my site and they cant with it going down all time just leave it online for about 2 hours

They're not trying to mess you up by 'taking your site down'. They're maintaining the servers for a free service.
One thing you might want to look into is having a local server (something run by XAMPP [ http://apachefriends.org ], maybe) so you or those people can do it on their own tmie.
