For inp.x10.mx, I can see public_html and its subdirs in the online file manager, but it is not visible for ftp. Ftp login is OK.

add-on FTP accounts can only 'see' inside the folder they point to
you need to use your free-hosting account's main (i.e. default) FTP - to 'see' inside folder [ public_html ]
