Hello,
I created an account at x10 ages ago, which I stopped using at some point. So long that the control panel says: "last account login -∞ days ago". Either way, it seems systems have been upgraded since, and my account is no longer linked to a hosting account, or even a server for that matter.
The real problem is that when I go to re-add hosting to my account, I can't. Apparently my country (Netherlands) has been abusive (doubt that, but ok) and sign-ups have been suspended.
I've also tried a proxy with an ip in an unknown location, but that was prompty detected. Also tried TOR, with IPs in Netherlands, France, Germany, Russia and even one in the USA... Apparrently all those countries have been abusive as well... Or it saw straight through Tor.
Either way, can an admin please fix my account? I tried submitting a support ticket from within hosting, but not being linked to a server, it says: "Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (). Please visit our forums and read the news."
Thanks,
--Jeremy
