Strange things happening

I was making a back-up of my complete root folder of my webspace via FTP, but after some time, it automaticly disconnected. I tried to reconnect but I couldn't.

But now I noticed that not only my FTP acces isn't actually working, I can't reach my website either.
This is my website: www.jorisoft.x10hosting.com

But even more strange is that I CAN reach my website using a proxy service/TOR/www.hidemyass.com
It seems like I am sort of blocked.
I don't know.

Anyone?

Now it is working again.
But for how long?

Please read the server alerts. I have decided from now on the staff and i are going to close all threads that pertain to server related issues. People fail to read and make posts about something that has been clearly noted in the "Server Alerts". We are now just going to close all threads that deal with server issues. If you can't read then we do not need to even reply.
