Hi. I've been receiving an error regarding one of the plugins I'm using with my wordpress installation.
Warning: stream_socket_client() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/*******/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tubepress/classes/net/php/pear/HTTP/Request2/Adapter/Socket.class.php on line 190
Now I realize this is not a place to ask for assistance on foreign scripts and plugins, though I'm curious why stream_socket_client() has been disabled and whether there is a way to activate it. Thank you for the help.
