Stylus Tablet for CS2

would you all suggest a stylus and tablet/mouse combo for use with photoshop CS2?

if so, what brand or place should i get them from. My income doesnt allow for too much, so i cant afford 300 bucks on one, but a reasonably good one.

It depends what you will be using it for, I've personally never used one. However if you want to do "art" like things with it I would think it would be useful.
