Sub-Domain deletion

I created an account previously and had to create a 2nd account due to a problem moving a SQL Database from my old host and needing the correct database name. Long story short, I need to create 2 sub-domains, but I'm getting the name already exists error, probably because I created and deleted it from my first account. My current username is mini1com and my old username was bigblok. I'm trying to create a sub-domain called "wiki" and "minionracing". Any help would be appreciated.
