Sub-Domain redirect to x10hosting.

Hello. I signed up for a domain at x10hosting. I set up a PhpBB 3.0.7 forum and i wanted it to have its own sub domain: forum.[domain].x10.mx instead of [domain].x10.mx/forum. However, if i go at forum.[domain].x10.mx it redirects to the x10hosting.com homepage. Please note that i removed the sub-domain, reinstalled PhpBB 3.0.7 ALL over again, and the problem still persists. Also note that there are no sub-domains active, i removed it.

You have to make a sub-domain and point it to the folder "/forum" and then when you are installing the forum point the URL of the forum to that sub-domain.
