Sub-domains not working?

I am sure there is a topic on this, but I cannot find it!

When I go to:

http://site.zenaxnetwork.exofire.net

it doesnt work

however when I go to:

http://zenaxnetwork.exofire.net/site

it does!

Whats goin off?

The 1st is a sub-domain ( do you have it created? )
Like ( forums.x10hosting.com )

The second is like a page / folder you are going to.

like x10hosting.com/forum

Yeah I have created the sub-domain! Thats why it should work!

Are you sure the sub-domain points to the directory?

Make sure if you control the dns for your domain that "Wildcard DNS" is turned ON. Otherwise there is no dns going to your website for any subdomains.
