Subdomain Change Problem [Hopefully Fixed/Closed]

I did a search and found that I actually have the same problem as the person in this thread. Their problem was resolved without their contribution, so I'm guessing it was an admin thing.

I recently changed my subdomain and whenever I access the index page, it just shows an index listing. If I were to try anything other than the index, it shoves a 404 error in my face. Please help me fix this problem. Thanks in advanced.
