Subdomain for Webmail

I'd like to create a subdomain for my webmail login page for my site. I see where to create a subdomain on my cpanel page but I don't know how to do it. Could someone help?

I'd like it to be mail.shsbpa.co.cc

By "webmail login page," do you mean an email system that visitors of your website can use, or the webmail that you would normally access through cPanel (you might know it as the "webmasters-only" email)?

Well.. You can always access your webmail at http://shsbpa.co.cc/webmail .. If you wanted to have your webmail login at mail.shsbpa.co.cc, you can try installing Roundcube or Squirrel Mail into the subdomain's directory.. You can also setup your subdomain to redirect to the cPanel Webmail login.
