Subdomain help

I created an addon domain on my account through cPanel, and added 2 subdomains. The addon domain works as well as one of the subdomain, but the other one, even if well configured, doesn't work!

What domain?

Please provide as much information as possible to get help quicker.

the domain was grafsig.co.cc, and the subdomain test.grafsig.co.cc, but it seems that it is resolved.
