Subdomain keeps appearing...

Hi, I registered nshack.ath.cx...and parked it onto my account ugs.x10hosting.com
Now what I do is connect through FTP and upload a folder called nalyssa. But when I go to nshack.ath.cx/nalyssa it changes to www.ugs.x10hosting.com/nalyssa
I've tried everything. I don't want the x10 subdomain to appear. I want it to be nshack.ath.cx/nalyssa how can I do this?

EDIT: I also noticed that when I put it nshack.ath.cx/anything it redirects to ugs.x10hosting.com.....even if its a folder that doesn't exist it does that...but the thing is I can log into cpanel and everything using this domain, and it won't just redirect...

I no longer use X10 but when I did, when i didnt add the ending slash to the address. eg: network-13.com/test it would reveal the x10sub domain vbchris.x10hosting.com/test.... which they had no solution or reason why it was doing that... so umm yeah dont expect them to fix it anytime soon

well that worked, if I used the ending slash. Hopefully they will fix this *shrug*
