subdomain not accessible nor is cPanel

Hi guys,

ok so subdomain blog.nick.x10hosting.com is not working nor is the sub-directory where the subdomain directs to. nick.x10hosting.com/blog

tried to get into cPanel but get a security warning from all 4 browsers that the security cetificate for "fris.x10hosting.com:2083" is not trusted/secure.

i was on cosax (spelling?) and then got ported over to fris and have had problems since - i do realise you guys are under immense pressure with cPanel giving you guys time-outs and what not but if someone could have a look why my subdomain / subdirectory mentioned above is not working and also a verify the security certifcate for fris so i can access it ?

ok so got into cPanel checked everything

subdirectory EXISTS
subdomain EXISTS

but wen i try to access either of them thru
nick.x10hosting.com/blog
or
blog.nick.x10hosting.com

i get

"
This Site Has Been Moved to a New Server.

ironicly - when i click on file manager i get to choose which root directory i want to choose - i.e. of which URL my main domain, or my subdomain


however, on the left hand stats panel it shows 0/3 sub-domains used? as well as it comes up on the main account page when you log-in to x10hosting -



now that might explain why the subdomain isn't working (something went wrong in the merge i guess?) but then it still doesnt explain why i cant access directory nick.x10hosting.com/blog


also just noticed wen i try to access the 'blog' folder it diverts to cossacks but in cPanel it shows that i am on FRIS?

so is the merge not 100% complete or is it only partially complete?
any tips- suggestions would help.

nick.x10hosting.com/blog/index.php says site does not exists
nick.x10hosting.com/blog/ says site has been moved.

any answers anyone?
has my account not fully ported over?

anything i can do from my end?

oh and what happend to softalicious? not in cPanel no more? :S

Yeah fris is having some problems right now, I'm getting the same issue. You might want to delete the subdomain and start over
