Subdomain not reachable

Hello,
I’m having an issue with my subdomain wiki.haeusler.x10.bz.

• The DNS records in DirectAdmin are set as follows:
  
  wiki A 198.91.81.12
  www.wiki A 198.91.81.12
  
  
• The main domain haeusler.x10.bz points to the same IP and works fine.
• The document root for the subdomain is:
  
  /domains/wiki.haeusler.x10.bz/public_html
• My files (DokuWiki installation) are located there.
• However, when trying to access https://wiki.haeusler.x10.bz, I get the error:
  “The connection to the server was unsuccessful”

It seems that the DNS setup is correct, but the server is not delivering content for this subdomain.


My questions:

1. Do I need to configure anything else in DirectAdmin to make wiki.haeusler.x10.bz active?
2. Could this be related to a missing/expired SSL certificate (Let’s Encrypt)?
3. Are there any server-side restrictions for subdomains that I should be aware of?

There is a current issue with DNS on x10.bz subdomains that is actively being worked on. An update will be posted when resolved.
