I have xelencin.com associated with my account. I updated the DNS records over a week ago to ns1 and ns2.x10hosting.com and disabled all additional dns services with my domain registrar.
A subdomain I created, cpanel.xelencin.com redirects fine, but a actual subdomain I created that isn't for redirecting msp.xelencin.com is not redirecting, its acting as if the subdomain does not exist when trying to navigate to it in my browser. I can access xelencin.com/msp fine though.
