Subdomain not working.

EDIT: I will just use the subdomain as a redirect for now, and wait for x10hosting to be "back to normal" before I set up the CNAME again. Thanks for the help anyway!

The subdomain for my site ( forum.mario-vs-sonic.co.cc , which points to external site ) leads to an error page. I am sure this is a [new] problem because the main co.cc domain is working, and the subdomain has worked in the past.

Now, is this related to the server change, or do I need to fix it manually (and if so, how)?

Check to see if the subdomain is listed in cPanel.

Then check the Simple DNS Editor to see if the subdomain 'forum' has an A record pointing to x10hosting's IP address.

I get a server not found when I try to visit your subdomain. There doesn't appear to be an IP DNS assigned to the subdomain.

My subdomain is not listed on either of the places to told me to look, the staff set up the CNAME for me months ago.

You Should set up subdomain in cPanel under subdomain option. If you got any error post back.

Ok, I set it up on the cPanel (even though it already exists- it's just not listed), and it still doesn't work. In fact, when I was getting support to add the CNAME the staff told me to delete it from the cPanel.

The subdomain HAS worked before, it's just now giving me trouble.
