Subdomain not working

Around a year ago, I configured a subdomain "alm.amcre.x10hosting.com" for my site which worked perfectly until about a month ago. Now, whenever I access it, it goes to some page entitled "Default Web Site Page". I've tried removing the subdomain and adding it back again, but no luck, and its the same story with the redirection. Is there any way to fix this?

My site is on the server "chopin"

PS: The mySQL databases were down as well, but it seems to be restored now

EDIT: It also does not work if I redirect it to http://amcre.x10hosting.com/ALM, where ALM is the root folder for this subdomain.
