Subdomain Problem

The domain name of my site is www.medicguide.org
I wanted a subdomain blog.medicguide.org and redirect it to medicguide.org/wordpress.
I created the subdomain in cpanel but i can't access my other site.
Please help me.

You should go to cPanel > Subdomains, and put:
-Subdomain: blog
-Domain root: public_html/wordpress/

If you configure it like this, the subdomain should work correctly.

I already added those details but still it's not working.

Your problem is we don't host your DNS so we can't add a DNS entry for blog.medicguide.org

You'll have to add the entry yourself at your DNS host.
