Subdomain that doesn't exist?

Yeah, hello, I recently changed my domain without deleting my subdomain called "kuva.kj.x10.mx", and I can't delete it anymore. Can you help me with this matter?

Oh, and, out of curiosity, what are the real downsides of your service? It seems too good to be true! But hey, if it is as good as you say, perfect.

means there is no subdomain in your cPanel.
