Subdomain won't delete

Trying to remove a subdomain I made and it gives me an error: 'domain removal failed'

If anyone could help me fix this that would be great.

are you in the correct area for sub domains?
that looks more like domains not subs.
although im using paper_lantern theme not basic.

I actually changed to paper lantern and it worked on there. Also paper lantern is a lot like the cPanel of my old hosting site so I can use it better
