i want to do something like this as on picture. but its not working. how to do that?

The document root can't be set to a file and then be expected to work. What you need to do here is setup both subdomains to the same document root e.g. /public_html/ and then use .htaccess rules to either redirect or append the necessary data to the urls in the background.
