Subdomains not working

So I recently created a site (very basic, just messing around, still learning) with the URL www.firejaw.tk. I added 2 of my 2 free subdomains, order.firejaw.tk and m.firejaw.tk. The only problem was I wanted www.firejaw.tk/order and www.firejaw.tk/m to redirect to the subdomains, so I tried to change where the subdomain pointed to for its root folder, but the only way was to remove the subdomain and add it again, with a different root folder. However, when I tried to do this, it said "Unable to add the domain name − (XID kxq7j2) A DNS entry for the domain “m.firejaw.tk” already exists." I removed m.firejaw.tk and tried with m2.firejaw.tk. Once I removed m2.firejaw.tk and tried to re add it, same problem, "Unable to add the domain name − (XID vbmpvs) A DNS entry for the domain “m2.firejaw.tk” already exists." What should I do? I've also attached a screenshot of what is happening.
