Dear Support Team,

I am writing to request the removal of the account suspension associated with my account. The account was recently blocked with the error code **ECE0BA432237C3564**, and I believe this may be a misunderstanding.

Previously, I had another account that was closed because I did not log in for over 45 days due to my wedding. As a result, I created a new account, but it was flagged for a **“Multiple Accounts”** violation.

I have read the platform’s Terms of Service and confirm that I did not intentionally violate any rules. If any unintentional violation occurred, I sincerely apologize and promise to fully comply with all guidelines in the future.

You created a new account which now means you have multiple accounts which is a violation of terms of service. The service on the old account was terminated. but the account itself was still present.

As I noted here: https://community.x10hosting.com/threads/subject-request-to-unblock-account.216419/ all you needed to do was disable the VPN that was in use and you would have been able to access your original account. You did not follow those provided instructions.
