Suddenly Getting a "413 Request Entity Too Large" Error

On my site I have a simple file up loader.
It has worked ever since i finished programming it up until now.
All the sudden I get a "413 Request Entity Too Large" error.
From the looks of it, that means that the file is too large.

So my question is, why am I getting this all the sudden?
What did x10 change?
