Suggestions To Keep Me As A Member

You guys seriously gotta stop shutting down the domains when your updating the server. Corey, the dude who runs my server, updates like 2 - 3 times a day and when he does my site shuts down for sometimes hours at a time. Please stop doing this, it is vital that I keep it up at all times for my members. Thanks!

If the servers go offline, the websites go off-line. There isn't much they can really do about that.
We are doing our best to get the servers working perfectly.

If you have a site on another server and they are having issues, we have no control over them. And blaming us for their issues really isn't called for.

If you are so in need of 100% uptime, you don't have to go for free hosting. You can go for paid hosting.

He'd love to keep it on all the time, but its not possible when things are moving from one server to another. You can't keep websites and systems up and running when they aren't in the same place anymore.

He's doing his best. Just have to give him and the admin's time to fix it.

...Who in their right mind would complain about FREE hosting, especially with this kind? Free this, free that... Why in the world would you complain? If anyone wants to complain, don't complain to Corey but rather go out and buy some hosting plans.

Upgrades. You should love it when servers go down for upgrades. One, more functionality is available when it is all final and complete. Two, more upgrades for FREE? NO COMPLAINING, OR I'LL SLAP YOU THRICE AND HAND YOU TO YOUR MOMMY. Jk.

Well, I hate to jump on the bandwagon, since you've been sufficiently reprimanded for speaking evil against the one we love so much and the service we have all come to call home. However, I can't help but notice that you KNEW mySQL was being updated by your own admission. If Corey was kind enough to let you know what the downtime was about, and you knew you were going to experience downtime, then what the devil are you complaining about? Hello, its not like this happens everyday. Good grief.

.. I love seeing posts like this, makes me feel all warm and gooey inside, when people fuss about a free service. Kinda makes me want to get upset and angry, and we don't want to see how that turns out.. So, here's my suggestion, Shut up. If you don't like it, either get a paid account, or leave. I'm a user of the paid plan and never had any problems (just once when was moving from my free server to paid but was fixed in the same day).

For the people who think we don't like or tolerate feedback you're wrong. Maybe I'll change feedback to constructive criticism. Coming in here and swearing, being angry, demanding, or offensive is not constructive criticism. Why would I want to listen or help anyone that is being that way? Would you?

If you follow the definition of constructive criticism which I'm including below, even if it is 'harsh' I'll be more than happy to read it and work on the problem.
