You were suspended for spamming (via email bombers or other such scripts most likely), which is against our Terms of Service. Unfortunately, this suspension falls under our Zero Tolerance policy, which means that your account cannot be unsuspended and you cannot be given any form of access or backups of your files and databases. Your account will be automatically deleted after a period of 14 days or more.
