Hello x10 Community,

Let me first start with saying BIG THANKS to the folks at x10hosting for providing this free hosting service for initial learners. I hope from reviews I have read and community involvement I see here, it stays to expectations of some reliability even being free.

Now to the core of my issue, I am trying to Add On Domain to my cPanel and upon doing so it gives me following error:
Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

Now, I know I have configured my DNS records well on CloudFlare with following entries:
A Record: 198.91.81.5
NS Record: ns1.x10hosting.com
NS Record: ns2.x10hosting.com

Now, when I add domain it creates domain directory in the root, but when I visit the site: www.teesfinder.com it is giving following error:
Domain document root not found.

Can anyone help me fix the issue or provide support on what I am doing wrong and how to fix this?

Thanks a bunch.

One had got blinded here! Just saw the domain in the OP. :p

Can you change the A records in your registrar so that they have an IP pointing towards X10 (has to be the IP on the server you're on) and add the NS that should hold X10's name servers?

IMO - do not use (or do) "CloudFlare" until you have the domain working in your account - then use [ cPanel x3 (theme)] to set it up

to use your own domain see --> [ https://x10hosting.com/support/domains/add-domain-name ]

Thanks gents, by taking off CloudFlare from the equation resolved the issue. Hoping putting CloudFlare back into equation doesn't give error again. For now was able to add the domain.

I was thinking about redoing Cloudflare as last resort as that always had worked out for me. Like I had to setup the domain the usual way and then do what the Cloudflare setup said.

As Cloudflare is in X10's cPanel, you may use that, though from my experience there are a few limitations. Not sure if that changed now but you can always try.
