Hello Guys,

When I Tried To Lift My Account Limits To Unlimited And Therefore Tried To Create A Support Ticket, A Dialog Appeared Saying

Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (lotus). Please visit our forums and read the news.

This is support where you've posted this. As for lifting your account limits, your forum needs to be manually translated to English, Spanish, or French, and that translation must have an easy to find link to it on your site. Since this is a requirement for your site according to the TOS, your site must comply with this before we consider lifting your account limits.
