I got a link that goes to:
http://support.x10hosting.com/index.php

with a Ticket ID attached, Not showing do to privacy purposes...

But when i use the password and email that i'm supposed to login in with, It keeps saying:

ERROR: You do not have enough permissions to access this page. Please log in by entering your e-mail address and password.

Message Sent, And Logging in with fourm name and pass worked, Thanks
