I know we're slacking a bit on support lately. We have been working on server issues as these are our #1 priority. Currently there is an issue with NS2 for DNS which is causing domain resolution to fail for a lot of members(You get an error when trying to view your site). I thought it was originally the firewall but after testing we found it was the new NS2 server.

This is our number one priority to resolve. Once this is fixed we will assume answering support threads in a timely manner. Please be patient while we fix this problem.

It should just be if you get errors when trying to access your website via the domain name (e.g. blanketyblankblank.x10hosting.com or thisisnotactuallymydomain.com)

I personally am not getting Login Attempt Failed! messages.

I also am getting a login error when accessing Cpanel. Also a 404 when trying to access my site. I understand your issues and of course will be patient while you fix your problems.

I just wanted it known what issues i was having.

Going to catch up on the support threads tomorrow during the day. The DNS issue should be resolved with only 32 hour window at max left for anyone still having problems.
