I opened a support request and for many days awaited an answer.
Someone got back to me saying to hold on and they would investigate.
But the ticket got closed.
Same thing happened to another a ticket I opened - did not get an answer, it just got closed. But the problem is still happening. And I can't do anything till it is resolved.
Even if I could be informed as to how many weeks, or months it will be - that would be a great help for planning purposes. But as it stands, our popular website has been down for 18 days now.
