Support Response Feedback

I'm not sure if this has just happened to me but my free hosting account has been disabled prior to the 2 week deadline for logging into the forums... I submitted a support request, this was replied to 3 times (last reply 22nd June) i have replied 3 times after this and have had no response, are they ignoring me?

has anyone else had this problem? maybe we need more free support staff?

Every time you reply, the request is pushed to the end of the queue. We work on the oldest tickets first.

I have never had this problem. I recently opened a support ticket for my own miscellaneous reasons, and I've gotten one-day responses. I personally think the staff right now is excellent. Remember that you're using x10Hosting for free, and the staff members are not obliged whatsoever to help you at all. Being rude or disrespectful during support ticket communications is probably the best way to not receive a response.

We are currently focusing most of our efforts on some new upcoming changes, free hosting support times generally are 1-2 days in between responses as of now. You're of course welcome to upgrade to paid hosting where you get priority support :).

Also, as Bryon stated... each time you 'bump' your support ticket it actually goes to the bottom of the queue. So if you bump it every day you'll most likely never get an answer, at least until we see a ticket with 500 replies to it.
