Support Ticket Escalation Error

Myself and my admin have created support tickets regarding the Boru error and both have been escalated. However we have been unable to get to the escalated ticket page for several days we keep getting an error message. If someone could inform me on the status of our request, or what we need to do to get our Cpanel working again I would appreciated it.
