Support ticket help?

I was checking on my site this morning when I realised that all the files were gone. Upon attempting to create a support ticket, I realised that I cannot stay logged in long enough to actually get round to the process of the creation of the said ticket.

Anyone can help?

just w8 few more hours and try again to submit a support ticket they are working on the server so it may be causing that problem
