Support Ticket problem

Hi yet again (sick of me yet? :p)

Earlier on, I posted a thread in this section asking for help, but was almost instantly closed and the problem promoted to the ticket system.
Almost immediately, I got an e-mail with the following info:

Unfortunately, the username and password in my e-mail doesn't work, and I don't know how to change it, so I can see if there are any replies/solutions to my problems.

Help please ;)
