Good morning, am a new member here and i hosted an a/c but it was suspended with this reason{ Violation of x10hosting's terms of service. Details: proxies are not allowed on x10hosting , this is a permanent suspension.} and a friend told me how to unsuspend it, but when i tryed it i was told to open a support ticket,please moderators help me to unsuspend my account cuz i open it from a cafe it was active but when i uploaded my ftp file, it became suspended. m hosting username is : mega04

You can't unsuspend it - hosting a proxy is against the ToS, you will not be unsuspended.
