It appears that support is a little overwhelmed at the moment due to the migrations / upgrades and the numerous support tickets being opened at a result of the issues related to all of that. Lately I have seen comments similar to yours posted in forums by paid hosting clients. My VPS support tickets have always been answered very quickly in the past, but I have not opened any new ones lately. Perhaps your post here will get attention of staff. I understand your frustration with this. Try to be patient. Things should improve very soon.
