We don't do support by "rar and unrar"
Only by forums.

i think he means unrarring or rarring files up.

Far as I know though that is possible through the File Manager in cPanel.

are the options to compress files given by cPanel. I assume Uncompress is similar.

No rar

Guess you will have to do it on your local machine.
