My account was suspended for inactivity and when looking at the current solution the link provided on the support page gives an error. How can I reset the account status?:lockd:

You can unsuspend your account from within the account panel if you were suspended for inactivity.

It appears as if your account was terminated for being inactive. What was your cPanel username?
