suspended account because not forum access

hello, i'm from spain (sorry about my english)
I have a hosting account with you (totein.x10.mx) and it was suspended because I dont access to the forum, now I have access very times to reactivate my account but nothing happen...

I think the problem may be that I change the main domain name of my account from totein.x10.mx to tpvsmart.x10.mx, maybe this is the problem to activate again the account...

Please I will access to the forum every month from today, please reactivate the account.

Please remember that you must login to the forums at least once a month in order to avoid inactivity suspension. Posting is not required.
In the future you can un-suspend yourself through the account panel.
