Suspended Account but unable to access control panel

I have been trying to access my control panel without success. Now I get a suspended notice. How can I make updates and avoid suspension if I can't access the control panel?

Please advise.

I have unsuspended your account. It was previously suspended for inactivity. To avoid inactivity suspensions, you have to login to the forums once every 31 days.
