suspended account - cpanel and account unreachable

Hello,

Like others, I am experiencing trouble with my cpanel/account and site. Going to my site leads to an "account suspended" page, however when I enter my username it says my account is not suspended. trying to log into cpanel also fails.

My account and forum name are the same. I'm on the absolut server, which is operating properly.
