Suspended Account: For How Long?

Hi

I am here to because another day when I logged in to my account I noticed that it was Suspended and the reason was: "No ads".

First - I thought I had choosen the option, or pack, with no ads when I subscrived to x10hosting. And before becoming a member I looked in others sites for "no ads" needed, and I found this one.

Two - If I am suspended, why don't they tell me for along? I had important things on the website that I created, and now I REALLY need to acess it to get some of the infos that I putted there.

I have just created this Thread to get my website running again, and also, it was told me to create one (thread) on my account page.


Waiting for someone to tell me what to do to get my website running again.

Hello. You were suspended for "No Ads" - An account manager reviewed your site and found you didn't have the required ads for the package you picked.
To request an unsuspension ( and normally, "No Ad" suspensions are 4 days ) ... please do the following :

1. Click on x10 link above
2. Click on "Request Unsuspension"
3. Fill out form to the best of your ability
4. Wait for staff instruction
