suspended account

hey guys,

i run the subdomain komodo.x10hosting.com

i have just discovered my account has been suspended.

i requested an upgrade to corporate AND set up the ads on my site as per request.

why have i since been suspended when to the best of my knowlege I have complied with the rules?

This may not be related to directly being banned my an Account Manager. There is something wrong with that cPanel 2-week inactivity script and it seems to suspend random accounts it thinks deems worthy.

well now if i try to access my site i just get a cannot find server page.

what gives there?

has x10hosting gone bad? should i be looking for a more reliable host?
