suspended account

I dont undarstend now nothing I didnt use my account long log time because was on chopin and was big big problems I can not get inside my c panel and my site
and I every time login to forum every 2 weeks
now today I tried after a week and my account is suspended

for high system usage ???? I didnt use month or more
I cant believe
Please enplane to me what happened and please delete this suspension because this is no my fault
and if this will happens 3 times you will kick me out ???
This is totally unfair
