Suspended account

Hi,
my account is suspended. I swaped my usernames, etc etc, I logged in the forums, but still nothing.

Could you help me?

Your are suspended because of inactivity. Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "Suspensions". Click on Unsuspend Button.
Remember that you must Login Here (on forums) once every month to keep your account active, cPanel and Account Panel logins does not counted.

There's no "Unsuspend Button" in that section :/

Oh sorry, there's this information:

"You currently have an unsuspension request pending. View status."

One question:

How long does it take to unsuspend an account? I think this is not normal. (I can't see the unsuspend button yet)
