Suspended account

Hi!

My account is suspended due to a server transfer, and I was told that a support thread was the only possibility to have it un-suspended. Can you do that, please?

I have restored your account, please allow 24 hours for it to become fully operational again. After 24 hours if you still have issues either re-open this thread or create a new one. You can re-open this thread by clicking on the "Administrative" text at the top of the original post.

doesn't seem like it did the trick. I'm still suspended for some reason.

If your site does not show the suspended page, it is not suspended.
The status in the Account Panel is sometimes stale.
Can you log onto cPanel? Your server is starka .
If not, try to change your password using the Account Panel.
If you still cannot log into cPanel, please post back here so an Account Manager can manually set your password.

Your site does now display a database connection error.
1. When you are able to get into cPanel, go to PHPMyAdmin and use that to make sure your database(s) are there. If they are not, post back here.
2. If they are there, try creating a new user and adding him will ALL PRIVILEGES to the database. And then edit your script configuration file to use the new user.
3. Looking closer at the error message:
Access denied for user 'tarzan'@'10.33.248.80' (using password: NO)
this looks like your script has problems. The user should be tarzan_XXXXXXX and you should be using a password.
