please can you unsuspend my account and delete the folder "upload" who did violate your terms of service ?

We are unable to; once you've been suspended for something covered under the Zero Tolerance policy, including nulled scripts, it's a permanent suspension with no access to the account or recovery permitted.

Your hosting account will be removed in no less than 14 days (but oftentimes much longer). We cannot expedite the removal of Zero-Tolerance suspended accounts as this is part of the punishment for hosting illegal material on our servers.
