Suspended account

Hi. My account has been automatically suspended because I hadn't logged in to the forums in over a month. I went through the automatic process of unsuspending my account but it's still suspended even though it says it's not!?!?!
Please help

Site shows suspended, but you aren't actually suspended.

I'll escalate this so a staff can further assist you with this problem.
